SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST

If you have a monthly maintenance package with us, or would like to request one-time maintenance or service on your website, please do so below. We guarantee our websites for 30 days post launch and are happy to repair any bugs that may arise. After your site has been live for 30 days, we are available to add content, build additional functionality, make revisions or repair that may have come up at our hourly maintenance rate of $155/hour. If your below maintenance request will take 1 hour or less (all updates are based on a 1 hour minimum), we will move forward with the update based on the request below and you will receive an invoice for the completed work, or be billed on the card we have on file for you. If the update or request is projected to take more than 1 hour – we will email you with the estimate for approval before moving forward. By submitting the form below you acknowledge that you may be billed for a minimum of 1 hour of work if you are requesting service.

In addition to our basic monthly site maintenance, we also offer custom retainer packages, if you need additional assistance in keeping up with your site galleries, updates and more.
